🚑 Basic Life Support — fixed 100 BPM metronome
Algorithm (single rescuer): Ensure safety → check responsiveness & breathing → call 112 / EMS →
30 chest compressions (depth ~5–6 cm, rate 100–120/min) → 2 rescue breaths → continue cycles. Use AED when available.
Note: If rescue breaths are not possible, hands-only CPR is better than no CPR at all.
100 BPM • 30 compressions → 2 breaths (5 s pause) • repeat
Tempo: 100 BPM (~0.6 s per beat). After each 30 compressions the metronome pauses 5 s for 2 breaths, then resumes automatically.
Educational demo. Follow your local BLS guidelines and certified training.
⚡ AED — pad placement and steps
Steps: Power ON → expose chest → place pads → stand clear → analyze rhythm → deliver shock if advised → immediately resume compressions.
Pads: right upper chest • left side below left nipple
Press Power to start.
After shock, resume chest compressions immediately.

BMI • eGFR (Cockcroft–Gault) • MAP • HRmax
BMI: — kg/m²
eGFR (Cockcroft–Gault): — mL/min
MAP: — mmHg
HRmax (220−age): — bpm
Formulas: BMI = weight / height²; Cockcroft–Gault = ((140−age)·weight)/(72·Scr) · 0.85 if female; MAP ≈ (SBP + 2·DBP)/3; HRmax = 220 − age.
